Yes, it is here, for the whole world to see. Clinton's Administration built a monument to Al Qaeda. The monument was built in what the media called "the heart of Europe."

The media reported the event. They did not show you the monument close up so you could not see its inscription in Arabic.
What is a monument in Arabic doing in Bosnia? Arabic is not commonly spoken in Europe or in Bosnia. It is not native to the region. So, for whom was this monument erected? The only answer to the puzzle could be the fact that around 10,000 foreign volunteers, jihad fighters, fought against the Christian population of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Most of these Islamic fanatics, members of Al Qaeda, came from Arab speaking countries.

The Republicans know full well about Clinton's involvement in helping Muslims form Islam fundamentalist country in the heart of Europe. For some reason the Republicans did not find a way to inform the general public about the fact.
When Kerry talks about the Democrat's respect for international law, this is what he means:

After tuning Bosnia into an Al Qaeda base, Clinton turned his attention to forming yet another Islam fundamentalist country out of already half-destroyed Yugoslavia. He paid lawyers to find some (or any) legal basis for NATO to attack the sovereign country. For the situation Yugoslavia was in, there was absolutely no legal basis these scholars could come up with.

When, at Clinton's order, NATO was used to attack Yugoslavia, it was done in violation of the UN Charter, NATO's own Charter, 1980 Vienna Convention, the Helsinki Accords Final Act and the U.S. Constitution. Learn more...
Clinton's Administration left an unbelievable stench. Christian Serbs who were devoted American allies in both world wars and who saved 600 American aviators at great personal sacrifice, during WWII, were repaid by American bombing of Serbian bridges, roads and yes - schools and hospitals. It was a message to the world that "an ally" means nothing in American English, nor does the word "shame."

During the last year of Clinton’s Administration, nuclear powers like Russia were vehemently against America’s blatant aggression against a sovereign country in bombing Serbia. In addition, the well planned attack on the Chinese Embassy further aggravated China. During Clinton’s Administration, the hatred of America reached global proportions.
Today, Karry plans to put the same Clinton people like Madeleine Albright back to business. Before Ms. Albright forgot that she was born as a Jew, she also forgot that the Christian Serbs saved her family twice once from Hitler, and the second time from Stalin. Albright was instrumental in demanding that the Serbs should be bombed and then declared war criminals. She was nicknamed the "mother of the Hague kangaroo court." What kind of people are Albright, Holbrooke and the gang?
Can America afford to have the same gang back in power?
